IDOT, TranSystems, AECOM, Lochner, and Horner & Shifrin in conjunction with ACEC will be hosting a seminar on IDOT Maintenance of Traffic (MOT). Numerous IDOT District One Bureau of Design managers will be in attendance of this event to provide a good networking opportunity to consultants. The goals will be to define MOT and its importance, understanding key polices (such as Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and applying the Drop-Off Policy), determining the appropriate design requirements, identifying required coordination, and preparing plan deliverables.
