Andrew Walton, P.E.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience delivering transportation engineering services for various statewide clients, with expertise including transportation planning, roadway and highway design, complex maintenance of traffic development, contract packaging and scheduling, roadway signing and pavement markings, traffic safety analyses and studies, quality control reviews, and project management.

Andrew has served in leadership positions with various professional organizations, including serving as President of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Illinois Section in 2021-2022. He is an active member in the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio and serves on various committees, including as 2026 Chair of the Government Affairs Committee, and as a Junior Trustee for the Engineers Club of Columbus.
