Inspiring Future Engineers

The engineering industry is facing a generation-long workforce shortage. The e-squared initiative was developed by the Illinois Engineering Initiative (IEI) and the American Council of Engineering Companies Illinois (ACEC – IL) to create awareness of the engineering profession among students.

Who should attend? Consultants involved in drainage design of highway improvements, drainage engineers, hydraulic engineers, project managers. Phase II Designers involved in reevaluation of Phase I Studies. Project managers who may need to scope highway improvements containing robust drainage infrastructure.
