Charlotte Ochoa, PE, LEED AP BD+C

Charlotte Ochoa, P.E., LEED AP is a licensed engineer and embodied carbon expert with eight years of experience designing sustainable buildings and infrastructure. She recently served on the U.S. EPA’s first ever Environmental Product Declaration standardization team (C-MORE), leveraging her past construction experience to help navigate industrial climate policy and program implementation. Charlotte has extensive experience delivering embodied carbon reductions for construction projects, including through specification revisions, EPD development assistance, and performing whole project life cycle assessments. She sits on the leadership teams of SE 2050 and ASCE Infrastructure 2050 and has presented at multiple conferences nationwide on sustainable engineering and construction.
