Matt Durshimer is an Alternative Delivery Project Manager, Senior Supervising Structures Engineer, and Vice President at WSP USA. With 15 years of experience, he has led structural and design efforts on major Florida bridge projects, including the Crosstown Connector, Choctawhatchee Bay, Pensacola Bay, and Brooks Bridge.

Jason Carlaftes has nearly 20 years of structural engineering and project management experience on bridge, roadway, and fast-track design-build projects across AZ, CO, and UT. He has served as wall and bridge design lead, pursuit lead, and is part of ADOT’s GEC team.

Nick Laga is a WSP Design Manager with 17+ years of highway design experience on Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Delivery projects. He also supports new delivery programs, including serving as Design Manager for the Illinois Tollway’s GEC program.

Divya Singh is a Senior Vice President and Transportation Area Manager in WSP’s Chicago office with 20 years of experience. She delivers large, complex programs through data-driven decisions, strong schedule management, and effective consensus building. Her national background spans project management and technical work in civil projects, roadways, bridges, facilities, cost estimating, and contract negotiations.
