Congratulations to the ACEC Illinois Leadership Institute Class of 2026! Since February, these professionals have invested in their growth through the ACEC Illinois Leadership Institute, participating in sessions led by industry experts on leadership, communication, business development, finance, recruiting, and more. Throughout the program, this year's class had the opportunity to learn from outstanding instructors, build valuable leadership skills, engage in meaningful conversations, and strengthen connections with peers across the industry. Several participants also represented ACEC Illinois in Washington, D.C., during the ACEC National Convention & Legislative Summit, where they participated in Capitol Hill visits and advocated for issues important to the engineering industry.
